Anaheim Paycruit is looking for a 2nd shift Lead to join our team.

Plastic labeling Department located in Corona

2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm $20+ (DOE)

A Lead in a plastic labeling company is responsible for overseeing the labeling production line, ensuring products are labeled accurately, safely, and efficiently while supporting the production team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support labeling line employees during daily operations
• Ensure labels are applied correctly to plastic products and packaging
• Monitor production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Train new employees on equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure labels meet customer specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Coordinate with supervisors, warehouse staff, and production teams
• Complete production reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or labeling preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Ability to operate labeling machinery and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and teamwork attitude
