Youth Mental Health Therapist — Community Homes

Therapist – Youth In Community Homes Location: Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer Counties, New Jersey. Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Responsibilities Help guide children in community homes to their fullest potential. Conduct child and family therapy sessions face to face. Support the development and implementation of service plans. Compose treatment plans and encourage engagement in various therapies. Organize and lead treatment meetings through active participation. Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring and collateral agencies. Integrate whole person care through a strength-based lens. Qualifications Master’s Degree in human services field required. Licensed – New Jersey issued LSW, LCSW, LAC or LPC required. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport. Active listening skills with a focus on empathy and guidance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A reliable, responsible, solution-focused attitude and a compassionate approach to whole health care.
