The opportunity: Our People Operations team is the backbone of Flexport’s employee experience, ensuring every team member feels supported and empowered. As a People Operations Coordinator at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you’ll be a key point of contact for our on-site workforce, working closely with employees, managers, and the broader People team. You’ll directly contribute to a seamless employee journey, from onboarding to daily support, managing critical HR processes like timekeeping and general inquiries. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the day-to-day experience of our operational teams, solving challenges with empathy and precision in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment. You will: Provide essential Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Manage and process employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures. Administer time and attendance records, processing timesheet adjustments using physical timeclocks and HRIS software.
