Field Sales Performance Manager-West Region

Baxter seeks a Field Sales Performance Manager for the Advanced Surgery division across western U.S. states. The role focuses on developing sales talent, coaching field representatives, and delivering clinical and commercial training to drive performance and adoption of best practices.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales representatives through field rides, one-on-one calls, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop and create educational content addressing commercial selling skills, customer knowledge, and product knowledge
- Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and deliver training programs for all sales roles in the region
- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and mentoring throughout their development journey
- Lead regional and national sales meetings and coordinate new-product training delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or 8+ years operating room sales
- Demonstrated hospital-based operating room selling experience
- Proven coaching, mentoring, or training experience with measurable performance outcomes
- Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and medical education program management
- 50% travel required; must live near major metropolitan airport with valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Creative problem-solving and influence-management skills
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 annually, plus sales incentive plan eligibility
