Vice President Transfer Pricing ConsultingWe are seeking a Vice President for a high-visibility Transfer Pricing consulting role, offering the opportunity to lead client engagements, influence strategic business and pricing decisions, and work directly with senior client stakeholders and firm leadership within a collaborative and flexible team culture.This position is hybrid. This position can be located in Boston, Chicago or New York office.Responsibilities:Manage and deliver end-to-end transfer pricing engagements, including documentation, controversy support, and APA projects; intangible property valuation and restructuring analyses; and pricing policy design and defenseAct as a key point of contact for clients and build trusted relationships with current and prospective clientsDetermine appropriate economic and valuation methodologies and review complex financial modelsIdentify risks and planning opportunities in clients' transfer pricing structures and recommend practical solutionsMonitor regulatory developments and assess client impactSupport proposal development, pitch materials, and client presentationsLead and conduct cross-functional interviews to validate functions, risks, and decision-makingManage, coach, and evaluate team membersLeverage data, automation, or analytics tools to enhance analysis and efficiencyEssential traits:4+ years of dedicated transfer pricing experience, preferably in a consulting environmentClear and effective communication skills, able to present complex economic analysis in a structured and clear mannerExcellent research and analytical capabilities, with a talent for identifying key issues and drawing defensible conclusions from complex dataStrong Excel / modeling and quantitative skills supporting high-impact client advisory workExperience leveraging AI-enabled tools, analytics, or automation to enhance analyses and streamline workflowsDemonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationshipsStrong understanding of U.S. and OECD transfer pricing principlesProven experience leading teams and mentoring staffProject management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and deadlinesMaster's degree in the field of Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred but not mandatoryYour recruiter will be happy to walk you through your U.S.-specific benefits, which include:Healthcare Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.Time Off and Leave Policies: Generous paid time off (PTO), paid company holidays, generous parental and family leave.Protective Insurances: Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and accident protection.Compensation and Rewards: Competitive salary structures, performance-based incentives, and merit-based compensation reviews.Retirement Plans: 401(k) plans with company matching.Please note that benefits may vary by region, department and role.
