• Assist current customers with account questions, updates, billing, and autopay
• Build strong customer relationships through friendly, solution-focused service
• Resolve concerns efficiently while working toward a positive one-call resolution
• Help customers explore solutions when they are considering canceling
• Document each interaction accurately in a Salesforce-based CRM
• Navigate multiple applications and dual monitors while assisting customers
• Follow up on requests to ensure customers receive complete and timely support

Several Monday-Friday daytime schedules are available, with start times throughout the morning and early afternoon. Candidates with greater schedule flexibility may have access to additional opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes-Barre,PA.
