We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Streaming Affiliate Finance FP&A team in Budapest. If you're passionate about financial planning, business partnering, and process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, evolving business.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst, you'll support the financial planning and analysis activities for Paramount's Streaming Affiliate business, partnering closely with Finance and business stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews
• Managing revenue and cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitoring business performance, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing meaningful insights to leadership
• Supporting the evaluation of new commercial initiatives and strategic business opportunities
• Building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting
• Driving automation, standardization, and efficiency across finance operations
• Preparing ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations as required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of FP&A and/or Accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with SAP, Oracle and/or Longview is a plus
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent accounting standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

This role is initially offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
