Certified Mobile Notary Service is hiring a Professional Mobile Notary to serve Colorado Springs, Colorado and El Paso County including Fountain, Monument, and Manitou Springs. As a mobile notary industry leader, we bring professional signing services directly to clients across the Colorado Springs region, in person and through secure remote online notarization.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel across Colorado Springs and nearby communities such as Fountain, Monument, and Manitou Springs to notarize loan documents, real estate closings, refinances, wills, and powers of attorney. Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Colorado law in person or via remote online notarization.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: U.S. citizenship required; high school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission (we can guide you to certification). Successful background check. Comfort with loan and real estate signings. Strong communicator with integrity and a willingness to learn.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout Colorado Springs as needed.
PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
