- Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, in-person, and digital platforms
- Use social media and modern tools to connect with clients and build relationships
- Educate customers on insurance and financial protection, especially younger demographics
- Identify needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Leverage modern sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Build your personal brand through networking and community events
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with care
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Motivated, people-oriented, and interested in improving skill set
- Strong communication skills, especially in digital spaces
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
- Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
- Sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a sales career
- Willingness to obtain required insurance license
- Training and signing bonus up to $1,000 provided
