Strategic Program Manager, GlobalFi (Onsite, Plano, TX) We are a global technology solutions provider seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead innovative and emerging technology solutions for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. The role requires driving complex, high-impact programs that align with client strategic objectives while ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, financial accountability, and a relentless focus on value delivery. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring initiatives align with client strategic vision and measurable business outcomes. Shape strategy, guide decision‑making, and navigate change to drive clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments. Create and implement governance structures based on program and stakeholder needs. Manage program resourcing, aligning to priorities and operational needs. Identify and mitigate program‑level risks, issues, and critical dependencies. Build and nurture trusted relationships with sponsors, business owners, clients, and internal teams. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and maintain executive‑level communications on progress, risks, and decisions. Apply structured problem‑solving and issue‑resolution practices to maintain program momentum. Lead delivery efforts ensuring high‑quality customer outcomes and operational excellence. Coach, develop, and hold project managers and coordinators accountable while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Provide full oversight of program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Communicate financial status and implications to sponsors and stakeholders clearly. Establish standardized mechanisms for status tracking, risk monitoring, and performance reporting. Create executive dashboards and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or MBA preferred). 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years leading large, complex, cross‑functional IT or infrastructure programs. PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications are a plus. Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multimillion‑dollar programs. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, governance, risk management, and program planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI). Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills with high emotional intelligence. The current base pay range for this position is $132,400–$165,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
