Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the buying process
- Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers
- Utilize dealership technology and CRM tools
- Maintain product knowledge on Chevrolet vehicles
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license required
