Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, tailored to address their unique circumstances and challenges. \n Assess clients' needs through thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques. \n Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to facilitate client progress. \n Monitor client progress, providing adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and maintained in a timely manner. \n Engage in regular consultations with multi-disciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance service delivery. \n Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, demonstrating empathy and competence in high-stress situations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including couples and families facing a variety of issues such as communication barriers, relationship stress, mental health concerns, and parenting challenges. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. \n Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State is required. \n Proven ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients, coupled with a genuine desire to support their growth and healing. \n Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills that facilitate client connection and trust. \n Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills. \n Preferred Experience\n We require a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of marriage and family therapy. Candidates with experience in working with children, adolescents, and a variety of family dynamics will be particularly advantageous. Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices and telehealth technologies is also preferred, as it is a critical component of our service delivery. Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
