As part of our telehealth team, you will participate in regular virtual meetings, training sessions, and peer consultations to ensure ongoing support and professional growth. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure telehealth technology, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. \n Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and circumstances. \n Maintain up-to-date, thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, adhering to established ethical and legal standards. \n Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients in distress, facilitating immediate care or referrals as necessary. \n Engage in collaborative care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellbeing. \n Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in teletherapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will serve come from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, which include couples in relational distress, families navigating communication challenges, and individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will be critical in helping clients articulate their feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals. Qualifications\n \n Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques specific to family dynamics and relational issues. \n Demonstrated ability to conduct therapy effectively in a remote environment, utilizing telehealth technologies. \n Exceptional communication skills, allowing for rapport-building with clients and effective collaboration with colleagues. \n Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient handling of a diverse client load. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus. \n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation is advantageous. \n Experience providing culturally competent care and working with underrepresented populations. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
