The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing specialized mental health services to individuals grappling with the effects of trauma, specifically in a remote outpatient setting. Work Environment\n This position is designed to be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the high standard of care that our clients expect. You will work within a dedicated outpatient office framework, coordinated to support the unique needs of each patient without the limitations of a traditional in-office setting. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the history of trauma in patients and formulate customized treatment plans based on individual needs. \n Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the specific challenges faced by each patient. \n Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting patients in processing their trauma experiences, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering overall healing and resilience. \n Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care and improve therapeutic outcomes for our patients. \n Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress and offer support in trauma-related emergencies. \n Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and provide resources to further support their coping and recovery process. \n Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently. \n Engage actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative approach to trauma-informed care. \n Stay current with the latest findings in trauma therapy and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of care provided. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population consists of individuals primarily affected by various forms of trauma, including severe life events that have led to PTSD and related disorders. As a Licensed Therapist, you will facilitate healing for clients of diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approaches to accommodate their unique experiences and mental health needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n Licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory. \n Two or more years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with trauma-focused treatment, is preferred. \n Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care, resilience-building techniques, and trauma-related disorders. \n Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a compassionate, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with clients. \n Capacity to remain composed in high-stress situations and respond effectively to crisis scenarios. \n Proficiency with electronic health record systems and basic computer applications to facilitate patient management. \n Commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. \n Preferred Experience\n In addition to the required qualifications, candidates who possess experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions will be highly considered for this position. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a passion for supporting individuals on their path to recovery are critical to success in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
