Real Estate Buyers Sales Agent

We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Guide homebuyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction Conduct buyer consultations and property tours Understand client goals and identify suitable homes and investment opportunities Maintain regular communication and follow-up using CRM technology Manage active clients, appointments, and transaction timelines Host open houses and convert prospects into active buyers Deliver exceptional customer service that generates referrals and repeat business Participate in training sessions, coaching programs, and team meetings Qualifications At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales We're looking for candidates who Hold an active South Carolina Real Estate License (required) Are committed to a full-time real estate career Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills Are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Feel comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn Thrive in a results-driven environment Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
