EmpowerHome Team is hiring Real Estate Buyer’s Agents who want qualified opportunities, proven systems, and the support to close more transactions.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

Guide homebuyers from consultation to closing
Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and showings
Match buyers with homes that fit their needs and budget
Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up using CRM
Track transactions, deadlines, and next steps
Host open houses and convert prospects into buyers
Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
Committed to a full-time real estate sales career
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
Coachable, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
