EmpowerHome Team is hiring Bilingual Real Estate Buyer’s Agents fluent in English and Spanish . Get qualified buyer leads, scheduled appointments, proven sales systems, and the support you need to close more deals.

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Guide qualified homebuyers from consultation to closing
- Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and follow-up
- Understand buyer needs, goals, and budgets
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Use CRM and real estate sales systems
- Provide exceptional service in English and Spanish
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Who We’re Looking For
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Able to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Real estate sales or buyer’s agent experience preferred, but not required
