Telehealth Nurse

Telehealth Nurse Address Cary, NC Job Description Counsel and educate patients on specialty drug therapies mandated by REMS. Ensure patients and caregivers are informed about medication adherence and facilitate refill deliveries. Document patient interactions accurately in compliance with industry standards. Discuss side effects and assist patients with treatment alternatives. Identify and report adverse events to appropriate authorities. Maintain patient demographic records in accordance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with Pharmacy Support teams for timely delivery of specialty drugs. Critical Information Work schedule M-F 9-6 EST with occasional 11-8 EST shifts. Onsite until metrics are met, then eligible for hybrid. Education/Licenses Needed Registered Nurse with current unrestricted compact state license or primary NC or TX licensure. Associates, Bachelor, or higher degree in Nursing or accredited nursing diploma. 5 or more years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of inpatient or outpatient care preferred.
