Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY
Physical Therapist - Adult Physical Therapy

SCHEDULE
Day shift with varied start times.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts).

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses.
- Familiarity with specialty services such as concussion management, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.
- EMR: EPIC

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and assess patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
