• Supervise and coordinate the activities of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants on the night shift

• Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct patient assessments, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to address them

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff members

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication

Requirements:
