About You As the Mobile Building Engineer (FLEET VEHICLE PROVIDED), you bring familiarity with maintenance systems and equipment, strong organizational skills, a customer‑centric approach, and a positive outlook. In this role, you will Be responsible for preventative maintenance, necessary maintenance, and most repairs to the building’s mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring the systems are running efficiently. Respond to client requests, prioritize and complete work orders, and follow up to ensure minimal downtime and clear communication. Ensure the safety of our clients and their properties. What you’ll bring At least 3 years of experience in building/property maintenance or engineering. CFC Certification (or ability to obtain). Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and other building mechanical equipment. Flexibility to be on‑call to respond to after‑hours or weekend emergency requests. A valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record (MVR). Holding any necessary required licenses based on building and jurisdictional requirements. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. General maintenance skills. Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information. Area/Location: City of Industry, CA Approximate hourly range: $33.58 – $41.00 per hour. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
