Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada SLP license required
• Prior experience in a school environment is strongly preferred
• Proficient working with elementary, middle, and high school student populations
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to utilize a variety of assessment and intervention techniques
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners, including those with varying communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech/language strategies
• Support a positive and inclusive environment conducive to student growth
