Youll be a leader for your team. This is your production area and your team. Youll lead by example and hold all pastry team members accountable for their performance and product output, and do so through our Values (VIBES). You will work with other supervisors and managers to create an efficient work environment./ppAs the Commissary Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting Call Your Mothers high operational standards by continuing to hold yourself and your team members to the provided checklists, recipe specs, and other standardized tools. Ensures compliance with all government regulations./liliCreate a safe and fun working environment for all employees/liliBe a voice of calm and confidence in high pressure situations and demonstrate leadership through adept problem solving/liliManage and monitor quality to minimize waste and always be looking for ways to improve our products/liliManage production schedule to support shop needs and timelines/liliShare ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve product quality and kitchen efficiency/liliMaintains effective relationships with all commissary managers and team members/liliWith other manager(s) and supervisor(s), assists with managing team shifts/liliOther duties, as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years experience as a baker or prep cook in a food production space/lili1+ year experience as manager in a food production space/liliTime management skills to deliver quality products on schedule/liliFlexibility proactively manage your schedule to support the needs of the business, which can include weekends, holidays, evenings, and potential overnight shifts/liliOutstanding leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to attract, develop, and retain high performing team members/liliPositive attitude and passion for food required!/liliA hands on management style and are willing to lead by example/liliExcellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills/li/ulh3Why Youll Love Working at CYM/h3ulliStarting wage: $21.29/hourly as a Supervisor and $19.29 as a team member, including tips, for shifts worked in this position.
