Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid NM Special Education Teaching License
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with K–12 students in inclusive or resource settings
- Proficiency in adapting curriculum and instruction to meet individual needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Modify general education classroom curriculum for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Conduct assessments and track student progress, maintaining accurate documentation
- Utilize various instructional strategies and assistive technology tools to support different learning modalities
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate that encourages social and academic growth
