Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our client is a nationally recognized commercial real estate developer, owner, and general contractor with a substantial portfolio spanning retail centers, mixed-use developments, industrial properties, warehouses, and automotive dealership projects. With a strong financial foundation and long-term project pipeline, they provide employees with stability, career growth, and exposure to a wide variety of commercial construction projects.

Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Review estimates, budgets, schedules, and project costs to ensure successful delivery

Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams

Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting

Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved

The successful applicant will have:

3-10 years of project management experience within the general contracting industry

Ground-up commercial construction experience is required

Experience delivering retail, warehouse, shopping center, dealership, or similar commercial projects

Strong understanding of construction costs, estimating, budgeting, and project financials

Professional and polished communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders

Florida construction experience is preferred, though relocation candidates are encouraged to apply

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required

Salary: Up to $140,000 + Annual Bonus

Choice of company vehicle or $600/month car allowance
