Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification or registration as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology or as an IR Tech
• Proficient in performing IR procedures following physician direction and established protocols
• Comprehensive knowledge of imaging equipment and safety procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for IR procedures while ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide real-time, high-quality images that assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain detailed patient records and accurate documentation of procedures
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond promptly to any complications
• Uphold high standards of infection control, sterilization, and radiological safety
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
