ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for contract opportunities in the Malvern, Pennsylvania area for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions will support students with special needs and behavioral challenges within a school-based setting.

Position Details

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• 2026–2027 school year assignments
• School-based setting serving students with special needs and behavioral support needs

• Caseloads and student needs may vary by assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one support to students throughout the school day
• Assist students with behavioral regulation and classroom participation
• Support implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Help students remain engaged and on-task during instruction and activities
• Assist with transitions, routines, and social interactions
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and special education staff
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within the school environment
• Support student safety and positive behavior strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience working with children, special needs populations, or behavioral support for 2 years
• Active PA clearances 
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in school, behavioral health, or caregiving settings preferred
• Ability to follow behavioral and instructional support plans
