ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support a school district in Downingtown, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students and make a meaningful impact in their daily educational experience.
Position Details:
Location: Downingtown, PA
Student Population: K–12
Schedule: 32.5–35 hours per week
Compensation: $23–$25 per hour
Contract:
Immediate start for the current school year
Renewal anticipated for the upcoming school year
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and classroom participation
Support behavioral and instructional goals under the direction of school staff
Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
Requirements:
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow individualized care or behavior plans
Reliable, patient, and adaptable
