A full-time paraprofessional position is available in Downingtown, PA to support students in an educational setting. This role focuses on providing one-on-one assistance to students who require individualized support to enhance their learning experience. This is a contract-based position offering $24 per hour and will continue through the remainder of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instructional support to assigned students in a 1:1 setting
Assist with implementing lesson plans and educational activities as directed by teachers
Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development throughout the school day
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to track and monitor student progress
Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and behavior
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
Ability to effectively support students who require individualized attention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student success
Relevant certifications or training in educational support is a plus
