The Opportunity:

You will serve as an essential field professional driving comprehensive residential restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish. This role offers year-round stability with a established, family-owned company that values craftsmanship and long-term career growth. You will transform local residential properties while utilizing your deep, full-spectrum trade expertise every day.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute diverse residential remodeling tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on residential restoration projects while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Overcome unexpected structural or layout challenges on-site to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Field Operations leaders to streamline daily material handling and job site workflows.
• Utilize specialized tools and machinery safely to maintain clean, efficient, and hazard-free residential job sites.
• Mentor entry-level team members on proper technical installation practices and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive practical experience across multiple residential remodeling trades.
• Proven ability to execute complex residential restoration projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of residential building codes, safety regulations, and proper material application.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address unexpected on-site structural or layout discrepancies efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10 or more years of hands-on experience in full-scope residential remodeling and trade work.
• Completed certifications in safety, manufacturer installations, OSHA, Fall Protection, or lift operations.
