Location: New York, NY (in office Monday-Thursday, Fridays remote)
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base + commission and competitive equity
Employment Type: Full-time

The client builds financial infrastructure for donor-advised funds, the fastest-growing segment of philanthropy. Its gift-processing platform combines a financial account with AI-powered data transformation and was named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2025.
Founded in 2022, the client has raised $11.5M and has about 35 people; partners include major hospitals, universities and national nonprofits.
The RoleThe client is hiring SMB/Mid-Market Account Executives (4-8 years of sales experience) for its partnerships team, owning nonprofit partner relationships end to end for a product with strong product-market fit.
What You Will Do- Own the full cycle from prospecting through demo, contract and expansion (roughly 75-80% new business).
- Manage 40-50 live conversations and close about 5-6 deals per month at an average ACV near $30K.
- Build trust-based relationships with nonprofit leaders; this is a partnerships role, not transactional sales.
- Run creative outbound with personalized sequences, Loom videos and strategic prospecting.
- Navigate cycles from days to a year, averaging 3-4 months, with a Q4 giving-season peak.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales (5-6 ideal) with a record of hitting targets
- Comfortable carrying a $1.5M annual quota
- Full-cycle sales including outbound and self-built pipeline in HubSpot
- Multi-meeting deal cycles into universities, hospitals or similar complex organizations
- Nonprofit, fintech or payments sales experience
