Location: New York, NY, Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA (in office 4 days per week)
Compensation: $110,000 base + commission and equity

The Role EliseAI is hiring Mid-Market Account Executives to identify, engage and close new business in its mid-market multifamily segment, partnering with Customer Success to expand existing accounts. What You Will Do
- Sell to C-suite, VP and director-level executives to drive adoption.
- Own the full cycle with SDR support: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation and expansion.
- Attend industry conferences to grow market presence.
- Bridge customers and product teams on new features.
- Help Sales Ops and Marketing build playbooks and processes for the next stage of growth.
- Quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales with an $800K+ annual quota
- Experience selling into slower-adopting industries (healthcare, HR, construction, restaurants)
- Full-cycle ownership from prospecting to close
- Property management or multifamily experience
