As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Specialist in Tomball, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local law enforcement and/or site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, ATM and teller access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-value transaction spaces to help support authorized access, follow post orders, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Maintain a visible presence while following all armed post requirements, handling security-related equipment responsibly, and completing required reports before, during, and after assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
