You Have:

• 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment

• Experience using Micro sof t Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices

• Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action

• Ability to create a culture of e nga gement, collaboration, and teamwork

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in Human Resources

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community ( IC )

• Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent critical thinking skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
