Drivers are paid hourly, including overtime. They are home weekly and have full benefits starting after 60 days. Responsibilities Average weekly pay: $2,100 to $2,500. Handle 2 to 4 loads per week with an average of 6 to 8 stops per load. Enjoy a 34‑hour weekly reset at home, ensuring a healthy work‑life balance. Run lane routes from WA to OR, ID, and Western MT. All dry van touch freight: unload boxes onto a conveyor for store personnel to manage. Unload boxes from the trailer; not accountable for placing inventory on shelves.
