Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor each client’s progress, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to maximize efficacy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and robust support strategies to clients during acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records that adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Stay current with ongoing advances in mental health treatment through research, training programs, and participation in team meetings.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development sessions aimed at honing clinical competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this position.

• Possession of a current state license as a Mental Health Therapist, which may include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential bonus opportunities.
