Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security‑related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to support daily operations with professionalism, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring and innovative team. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.30 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri05:00 PM - 01:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the entertainment venue, entry points, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations. Monitor guest traffic, access points, and high‑visibility areas to help support an orderly environment and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior. Support retail and guest‑focused operations by providing directions, answering questions, and helping address customer concerns while following post orders and security‑related protocols. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
