Construction Operations Manager

BB-Builders Pro is a fast-growing, family-owned residential remodeling and construction company. We’ve grown into an 8-figure business, and we’re looking for a senior operations leader who can help us build the structure and systems for our next stage of growth. This is more than a project management role. You’ll have ownership over people, production, subcontractors, profitability, and operational systems — working closely with ownership to scale the business. What You’ll Own Operations: Lead day-to-day production across multiple residential remodeling projects. People: Lead, coach, and hold Project Coordinators and field teams accountable. Subcontractors: Build and manage a reliable subcontractor and vendor network. Production: Own scheduling, resources, quality, and project execution. Profitability: Monitor job costs, margins, scope gaps, overruns, and rework. Problem Solving: Take ownership of major delays, quality issues, disputes, and operational challenges. Systems: Build processes and KPIs that make the operation more efficient and scalable. What We’re Looking For 7+ years in residential remodeling, construction, or construction operations Experience leading teams, subcontractors, and multiple projects Strong understanding of job costing, scheduling, and gross margins Proven ability to improve processes and operational performance Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Someone who thinks like an owner , not just a project manager Valid driver's license and reliable transportation As BB-Builders Pro continues to scale, this role has the potential to grow into a larger General Management / executive leadership position.
