Bilingual Crisis Case Manager
Resilience
Resilience is seeking a Case Management Specialist in Chicago to be the first point of contact for survivors seeking advocacy or trauma therapy services. You will manage intake, client assignment, crisis intervention, and referrals, while building partnerships with community resources. You will work in a hybrid environment with in-person duties at the Downtown Loop location three days per week and at partner sites as needed, reporting to the Director of Crisis Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Resilience
