Job Duties Enter new GC invoices into running excel file or ERP system (Sage) Compile sub lien waivers using already set up excel templates Compile monthly sub payment distribution list and correspond with applicable PMs for release of checks Job, Sub Name, Check Number, Amount, Insurance Compliant (Yes or No), Executed Contracts (Yes or No) Compile final sub reqs in accordance with G703 billed items Help put package of the req together for pencil/final req Create and regularly update a master list of vendors with contact information for both subs and GC’s Audit billing point of contact to ensure KLMCC is receiving timely invoices Prepare file to review quality pricing by vendor Open envelopes, enter amounts, and nit number on current excel spreadsheet Sit with Senior accounting team to learn monthly process or GC’s and Requisitions Will help groom candidate into larger responsibilities Help with sage implementation as well as Textura: ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
