Sr Analyst - Transformation Strategy

Job Overview The Senior Analyst, Transformation Strategy will play a highly visible role on the Transformation Office team supporting the Technology & Product transformation, with a focus on the build out and execution of our Global Resource Strategy. This role partners closely with leaders throughout the company to analyze complex problems, develop strategic recommendations, and enable execution across key firm‑wide initiatives. You will support the design, planning, communication, and execution of our Global Resource Strategy to help us achieve long‑term strategic outcomes. Responsibilities Strategic Data Analysis & Problem Solving – engage with senior stakeholders and develop executive presentations. Program Support & Execution – manage support and execution of initiatives. Long‑Term Strategic Finance Forecasting and Analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline). 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, financial analysis, and project management. Experience with workforce planning and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to craft concise presentations for senior audiences. Strong quantitative analysis skills, including experience with Excel. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize your own work as well as the work of other stakeholders. Strategic thinker with high business acumen, able to delineate between root problems and symptoms. A self‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with ranging areas of focus. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to “manage without authority” and get buy‑in from partners in adjacent departments. Preferences High financial acumen; financial modeling expertise is a plus. Experience in the Financial Services industry.
