Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including functional and therapeutic evaluations, to establish a baseline for individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that focus on short and long-term patient goals, enhancing functionality and overall quality of life.
• Provide expert therapeutic care through a variety of methodologies and techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about exercises, therapeutic techniques, and the use of therapeutic devices, ensuring adherence to care plans outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize and manage a caseload effectively, coordinating treatment sessions and timely communication with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring that treatment records are thorough and accurate.
• Engage in ongoing education, remaining current with advancements in physical therapy practices and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

The Physical Therapist at Move Well Clinic will serve a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes seeking rehabilitation for sports injuries, geriatric patients requiring assistance with age-related physical challenges, and individuals with neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

• Understanding of therapeutic modalities and their applications in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehab environment is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

Move Well Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
