Kairos Enterprises owns and operates a portfolio of several very different businesses. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to own marketing efforts across the portfolio — assist in the creation of plans and campaigns, lead our pre-launches and new-market pushes in person, and work with each business's management to get everything done. It's the closest thing to running your own marketing shop across several brands at once.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute the marketing strategy for every brand — assist in building the plans, hit the goals, and stay within budget
- Lead pre-launches and new-market pushes in person — pre-sales, grand openings, events, and partnerships
- Own the leads from those launches — capture fast and hand off to the business to close
- Run campaigns, content, social, local SEO, and reviews across the whole portfolio
- Coordinate with each business's management, then track results and report to ownership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in marketing, including strategy, planning, or campaign management
- Pre-sale, grassroots, or field-sales experience, plus event planning and execution
- Proven lead generation and experience running multiple social media campaigns (ideally across multiple accounts)
- Comfortable marketing to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B), plus hands-on content skills (video, posts, graphics)
- Organized self-starter with reliable transportation, willing to be in the field and travel between markets
- Bonus: agency or independent-contractor background, experience across multiple brands, or leading a launch
DETAILS
- Full-time; Monday–Saturday, varies with pre-sale and seasonal schedules
- Remote plus field work across our markets, with travel between locations as needed
- Markets include Tulsa and Oklahoma City areas
