A local and family-owned company that provides Palm Beach County and Broward County with a full range of reliable residential and commercial HVAC, automation, refrigeration, and electrical services since 1984. What We Are Looking For

• Seeking self-motivated Team Player.
• Fast-paced environment.
• Great communication skills.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Generate/input sales lead.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Partner with Dispatch team to schedule maintenance visits.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the company's methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer concerns, and provide/escalate to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain records of customer interactions within the dispatch program.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• Other tasks as assigned.
