Our Barback position is an entry-level role that teaches employees the processes and procedures of our shops with a potential next step in training to become an expert barista. Schedule Schedule is firm: Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. — 4 p.m. (5 days a week). Availability into the fall is required; this is not a seasonal position.
