You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. This role is for the core Vault CRM application which includes areas such as AI Agents, Account Management, Interaction Planning and Recording, Next Best Actions, Engagement Channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Portals, and much more. To be successful, you must be able to 'go broad and go deep', think strategically to define your vision, craft detailed designs, and effectively communicate with your engineering, QA, and UX peers. What You'll DoDefine product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineeringBe the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirementsAuthor high quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and customer requirementsCollaborate with other departments (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to manage resources, timelines, and conflictsUltimately you are responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customersRequirementsAbility to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problemDetail oriented, organized, good at multi-taskingExcellent communication skills (written and oral)1+ years' work experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics is preferredA strong sense of professional ethicsNice to HaveExperience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, including Field Sales or Field MedicalExperience with conversational AI or large language models (LLMs)Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environmentExperience with the Veeva Vault PlatformPrior work in software development or computer science degreeInterviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
