Role Overview

Apply your M&A and corporate law expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality analysis, legal feedback, and real-world transactional insight. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI model training.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on M&A, private equity transactions, and related litigation topics.
• Review, comment on, and refine datasets for legal accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Provide written feedback on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal nuances and contextualize materials.
• Participate in remote project discussions and iterative quality-assurance processes.
• Support development of evaluation rubrics and best practices when requested.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• Experience practicing M&A law at an Am Law 100 or other leading U.S. law firm.
• Extensive experience with M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate advisory matters.
• Strong litigation exposure in corporate or transactional contexts.
• Experience with legal research, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver meticulous, high-quality work.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $140 to $400 per hour.
