Job Description The Insurance Center of New Orleans is excited to have the opportunity to meet you! We are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team of knowledgeable insurance professionals. Your enthusiasm for helping clientsmeet their insurance needs and your attention to detail to ensure they are able to protect everything that matters most to them will make you a fantastic addition to our team. We want to see you succeed, which is why we offer ongoing professional development , Property & Casualty Licensing Assistance , and room to grow. We can't wait to meet you! Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Issue insurance documentation and update policies. Assist clients with payments Assist agents with daily tasks Obtain and maintain accurate client records. Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up. Requirements Insurance Property & Casualty customer service experience required. License not required. Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
