Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse array of patients dealing with numerous mental health challenges and co-occurring medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain syndromes, and substance use disorders. Your work will focus on addressing the multifaceted needs of these individuals, significantly impacting their overall quality of life and facilitating their path toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Demonstrable experience engaging with clients with co-occurring mental and physical health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
