Plant Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift

Compensation: 28-34/hr + full benefits

The Plant Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment through a balanced approach of reactive and preventive maintenance. This position focuses on maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while adhering to strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation
Comply with all safety regulations and company standards
Support manufacturing processes through timely maintenance interventions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

Required Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mechanical maintenance and electrical systems
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Understanding of safety compliance in industrial settings
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not required
